Outbound link audit

Find the casino link someone hid in your footer.

Link Signals crawls your sitemap, follows every outbound link, and judges each destination against the page that links to it. A gardening blog pointing at an online pharmacy is never a coincidence.

A verdict is a chain of evidence, not a keyword match.

Keyword scanners flag a Wikipedia article about casinos and miss the pharmacy link hidden off-screen. Link Signals reads the link in context, and tells you how it knows.

Judge the intent

A model reads the source page, the anchor and the destination and asks whether the link belongs.

What turns up on real sites.

Injected spam

Pharma, casino and payday-loan links pushed into old posts after a plugin or password leak, often hidden so you never see them. Flagged as out of context, hidden, or both.

Sponsored posts that drifted

A partnership that quietly became a gambling affiliate. The anchor text, the page topic and the destination no longer agree.

Dead and re-registered domains

Links to partners whose domain expired and was bought by someone else. Broken links and 5xx errors are listed alongside, so one pass cleans up both.

Reports for compliance

Every scan is saved. Export the flagged findings to CSV for advertisers, legal or the person who has to fix it.

Questions people ask first.

Does it need access to my site?

No. It reads your public sitemap and public pages, the way a search engine does. Nothing is installed.

How accurate is it?

A blocklist hit is confirmed. Anything judged only by keywords or a model is marked “Needs review” for a human to look at. Treat the report as triage.

Can it see links behind a login?

No, only what a visitor or crawler can see. Links that only appear after JavaScript runs may be missed.

Will it hammer my server?

It fetches a handful of pages at a time and identifies itself in the user agent, so you can allow or block it.
